Um, no one should be “smoking” smarties, they are candy, and here’s a news flash, candy is supposed to be eaten, not “smoked”. The fact that you are calling “white people” “stupid” for not knowing “how to smoke smarties” speaks volumes about your mental capacity. FYI: the first people who where Gangsters were white American-Italians in the late 1890’s.
