Where Can I Get Bags Of Specific Smartie Flavors?

A kid at my school brings bags of smarties to school that only have sour in them. He won’t tell anyone where he gets them, but he lives near me, so they are somewhere near. Where could I get bags of ONLY sour kind, or tropical? I’ve tried 99c store, and Walmart.
